3What happens if an item is missing from my shipment?
Contact us either by emailing Africanbank@digitalplanet.co.za or by calling us 0861 33 3378 within 24 hours of the delivery having taken place. Please have your Order Number ready.

7How long will orders take to arrive?
Office and Home deliveries are between 8am- 5pm Monday to Friday. Our delivery times are estimates and depending on the package weight, volume and the area you are based in as we service a wide range of areas and cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
8Can I add items on my existing order?
You can’t unfortunately add any items with existing orders. Should you wish to change your order, your existing order will have to be cancelled and a new order will have to be placed with African Bank.
9Can someone else accept delivery on my behalf?
Yes, someone else can accept delivery on your behalf, however we would need all of their details in advance (Name,Surname, contact number and copy of ID) sent to Digital Planet by emailing Africanbank@digitalplanet.co.za or by calling us on 0861 33 3378. They will need to have all the above documentation handy for the driver to ensure your peace of mind :-)
