We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Account Payable and Receivable team. This person will be responsible for all aspects of Account Payable and Receivable, including the managing and coordinating of monthly account reconciliations, journal entries and analysis of various reports. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in accounts and 2 years experience as a manager.

You will be responsible for the identification of areas for cost reduction, operational and reporting improvements or implementation, annual budget process, periodic forecasting, actual performance review, analyze financial information performance against key business metrics, tax (including other statutory submissions: Vat; PAYE; etc), cashflows.

Digital Planet requires the services of an experienced C# .Net Web Developer, to work in a fast- paced and collaborative environment with a multi-skilled team whose focus is to implement and maintain custom technology solutions for the business. The candidate will be responsible for the creation, integration, maintenance and customization of business platform applications that support both internal and client requirements. ASP.Net experience is required and the following programming languages are a non-negotiable; C#, T-SQL, Javascript / JQuery.
Stock Controller
We are looking for a dynamic individual to oversee the management of stock within the business, from stock received from suppliers to stock sent to customers. This includes accountability of all stock coming into the Digital Planet warehouse and also having a unique knowledge of different products being distributed for various clients. Ensure that physical stock and the system is in line. The stock controller will be responsible preparing the SOP’s to ensure less risk of stock loss. You will be responsible for resolving issues without bypassing good working practices.
